Gucci Mane Replaces T.I. to Face Off Against Jeezy for 'Verzuz'
Scratch the previously announced Verzuz season two opener originally scheduled to be T.I. vs Jeezy, it appears there is now a change of plans. Instead, Jeezy will battle Guwop. Gucci Mane revealed late on Saturday (Nov. 14) that the season premiere will instead feature himself facing off against Jeezy on Thursday (Nov. 19).

Timbaland and Swizz Beatz's Verzuz platform will kick off season two November 19th.

Jeezy and Gucci Mane have had a long-running feud, which peaked in 2005 when Gucci Mane was charged with the murder of rapper Pookie Loc, an associate of Jeezy’s, during a home invasion. Gucci Mane was acquitted in early 2006 on the basis of self-defense.
