Kanye West's “Jail” featuring Jay-Z wins Best Rap Song at the 2022 Grammys

YE scooped two awards at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, one for Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Hurricane,” and the other for Best Rap Song for “Jail.”

Kanye West and Jay-Z have won the Best Rap Song award at the 2022 Grammys for “Jail.” The Donda track won out ahead of music by fellow nominees DMX (“Bath Salts”), Saweetie (“Best Friend”), Baby Keem (“Family Ties”), and J. Cole (“My Life”).

On Sunday (April 3), the former Watch The Throne duo won Best Rap Song for “Jail,” from Kanye’s Donda album─the platinum-selling project is named after Kanye's late mother, Dr. Donda West, and boasts 27 songs, including “Hurricane” featuring Lil Baby and The Weeknd, which also took home the golden gramophone for Best Melodic Rap Performance just minutes after the award for Best Rap Song was announced.
