Philly's ‘Charm City Kings’ movie set to release in October this year
Following the initial trailer that debuted January 15, 2020, Sony Pictures' upcoming biker film Charm City Kings now gets an official released date take a look into the impressive acting debut of multiplatinum-selling rapper Meek Mill.
Directed by Angel Manuel Soto, the drama centers on a teen named Mouse (Queen & Slim actor Jahi Di’Allo) who’s taken under the wing of a dirt biker named Blax, played by Meek.
“You’re new to Baltimore. You gotta go to The Ride,” Mouse says to a girl who just moved to the city. “You don’t know nothing, do you? Every Sunday in the summer, everybody with a bike show out. There’s bikes as far as you can see.”
Will Catlett, Teyonah Parris, Donielle Tremaine Hansley, and Kezii Curtis also appear in the movie.
