'The House Next Door: Meet the Blacks 2' Gets an Official Release Date and a New Trailer
The sequel to Deon Taylor’s sleeper hit horror spoof, Meet the Blacks, has been given a title, a trailer, and an official theatrical release date of June 11. The comedy sequel will be released on VOD and Blu-ray by Lionsgate and Hidden Empire this summer.
The House Next Door: Meet the Blacks 2, the follow-up to the 2016 indie hit Meet The Blacks, in theaters on Friday, June 11.
Rounding out the cast of this sequel is Mike Epps, Katt Williams, Lil Duval, Snoop Dogg, Danny Trejo, Tyrin Turner, Rick Ross Bresha Webb, Gary Owen, Alex Henderson, Michael Blackson, Andrew Bachelor (King Bach) and Zulay Henao.
Deon Taylor directs The House Next Door: Meet the Blacks 2 using a screenplay co-written with Corey Harrell. Hidden Film Group's Taylor, Roxanne Avent Taylor, and Omar Joseph produced the sequel alongside Naptown Productions' Mike Epps, Angi Gones, and Shannon McIntosh. Michael Finley, Joaquim Guedes, Niles Kirchner, Robert F. Smith, Bill Straus, and Katt Williams executive produced.
