Moneybagg Yo's "Wockesha" Music Video Starring Lil Wayne
Moneybagg opens up about a toxic addiction, while equating it to a complicated relationship. “One minute I’m done with you, the next one I be runnin’ back,” he raps while having visions of the purple drank. “Go your way, I go my way, but somehow we be still attached.”
Moneybagg Yo just dropped the new Ben Marc-directed visuals for his popular song “Wockesha” off his latest album, A Gangsta’s Pain. The “Wockesha” music video also features a cameo appearance from Lil Wayne.
Sampling Wayne’s 2009 Interview with Tim Westwood where he infamously said to “not worry about what’s in his cup” when asked if he was still drinking lean.
“But honestly, it ain’t nobody’s business what’s in my cup, what’s in your cup, what’s in they cup / It’s your cup, drink it,” says Weezy over the DeBarge-sampled track.
