Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar Tease New Song “Family Ties”: Listen
After announcing the news of his forthcoming TDE departure, we will soon hear from Kendrick Lamar again. The iconic rapper will appear alongside Baby Keem on Keem’s new single “Family Ties.”
The Compton rapper K. Dot is set to return with his first new music in nearly a year. Kendrick joins his cousin Baby Keem on the latter’s new single “Family Ties.”
The “Family Ties” appearance is Kendrick Lamar’s first guest spot since he joined Busta Rhymes on “Look Over Your Shoulder” last fall. He recently announced that his next studio album is in the works, and that the project will be his last with longtime label Top Dawg Entertainment. “Family Ties” is also the second collaborative single from Baby Keem this year, following April’s “Durag Activity” with Travis Scott.

Keem shared the single release on Monday, (August 23) via Instagram. The new single is produced by Cardo and appears to be the lead into his debut album “family ties Thursday // 9pm PST,” Keem wrote.
