PUMA is teaming up with Nipsey Hussle’s The Marathon Clothing on a limited-edition track suit
Nip cared deeply about the collaboration between PUMA and TMC, believing in the power of optimism, inspiration, and action. The Forever Track Suit elevates classic sportswear with a crisp, black and white design, luxe detailing, and customized branding.
The Marathon Clothing x PUMA Forever Track Suit is set to release via the PUMA webstore, The Marathon Clothing’s LA retail location and PUMA’s New York City flagship on September 12. The jacket is priced at $100 USD, while the pants arrive at $90 USD.
PUMA says it worked with the rapper’s estate to design the track suit, which features a simple all-white design with black piping and custom PUMA x TMC branding on the chest and pull tab. The accompanying campaign features some of Nipsey’s closest friends and family, including Nipsey’s sister, Samantha Smith and ALL$IN Recording artists Cobby Supreme, BH and Cuzzy Capone. In one image, the four are pictured posing with their fists in the air, reminiscent of the iconic image of Black U.S. athletes protesting at the 1968 Olympics.
