North West prefers living a simple life at her dad Kanye West’s apartment which has no staffers or security, according to her mom Kim Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian tells her sister Kourtney Kardashian that her oldest child prefers hanging out at her dad’s home.
During a new episode of “The Kardashians,” the Hulu reality series, which started streaming on Thursday, November 2, Kim, 42, and North enjoyed some quality mother-daughter time in the kitchen.
The mother-daughter duo were making sushi and fried chicken in their kitchen when the 10-year-old decided to take a big bite out of an unpeeled sweet onion in Thursday’s episode.
In the 16-second clip, Producer asked: “What do you think about the work your mom does?” North: “What does she do?”
Elsewhere in the episode, North West, encourages her mom can learn some things from her dad, Ye, the fashion/ hip-hop mogul formerly known as Kanye West.
“North, she’ll go to her dad’s, she’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best, he has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny, he doesn’t have a chef, he doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment,’” Kim Kardashian recalled.
Kim continued, “And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment.’”
The Skims co-founder then said her daughter has also pointed out the fact that she and her dad make their own food together when she’s at his home.
“That’s amazing that you make ramen, great,” she said sarcastically about North, indicating that the 10-year-old likely prepares packaged ramen noodles with her dad.
Kourtney chimed in that she can totally relate to the sentiment, given that she shares her three kids Mason, Penelope, and Reign, with her ex Scott Disick. “They do that at Scott's too,” she explained. “‘Dad has the best house, your house sucks. He has the best house. It's not super big, the vibe's better.' I feel like everything falls on the parent that's more involved.’”
After her conversation with Kourtney, Kim made an effort to spend some quality one-on-one time with her eldest daughter. No matter what's going on between them personally, Kim added that she always goes to her older sister for parenting advice. “Kourtney always says that North is my lesson on this planet,” Kim admitted in a confessional. “I'm supposed to learn even more about patience — she teaches me patience. She has taught me a lot about life.”
