Police Issue arrest warrant for Offset for smacking a phone out of a fan’s hand

Can rappers have their privacy though??? Migos rapper Offset faces felony charge in Target incident.

TMZ broke the story, a week ago Monday Offset was in a Target store in Sandy Springs, Georgia, when a fan eyed him, pulled out his cell phone and tried taking a video of the rapper shopping after he checked out.

Channel 2's Mike Petchenik was the first reporter to report news of the arrest warrant for the Offset's. Smacking a cell phone out of the hands of a fan.
