Snoop Dogg asks fans and friends to pray for his mother

West Coast rap legend Snoop Dogg is reaching out to his fans on behalf of his mother.

Snoop Dogg Needs Prayers For His Mom

Snoop Dogg shared a picture on Instagram of his mom on Tuesday, (May 4) with a caption that read, "Sending special prayers out for my mom this morning y’all pray for her and me."

He did not share whether his mother is unwell.

In addition to Snoop's mother, he asked his 58.5M Instagram followers to pray for him and his mother. Later in the day, he shared a video update in which he didn’t share exactly what’s going on, but the hip-hop star said he was trying to be strong amid some obviously bad news.
