Today (August 19), Nate Dogg would've been 52 years old, and while he was only 41 when he passed away, the rap hook-singing legend continues to live on through the two decades of music he created. For years, Nate was the best R&B feature around, sure to bring a mixture of catchiness and stellar, one-of-a-kind songwriting. His memorable vocals not only added to some of hip hop's most classic material, but also helped to introduce the world to new talent.
On March 15, 2011, Nate Dogg died from complications of multiple strokes. To this day, artists of all backgrounds salute and pay homage to the great Nate Dogg.
