ESPN is Stephen A.’s world now. He wanted Max Kellerman off First Take — “Well the rumors are accurate in terms of me wanting him off the show”


Stephen A Smith pushed ESPN executives to remove Kellerman from the program because he didn’t believe they worked well together, Smith told Ebro and Rosenberg.


And now Kellerman is off “First Take.” He also speaks about wanting to be a late night host in the near future. He recently filled in as host of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”. He wanted $12 million a year — and he got $12 million a year.

Max Kellerman's new ESPN show 'This Just In' debuts Sept. 14; 'Highly Questionable' to end.

The show, which will air from 2-3 p.m. ET, will offer a preview of that night's story lines and dives into trending topics in the sports world, along with other segments, ESPN announced Thursday.
