Months following hospitalization for pneumonia and heart pain, the “One Wish” singer’s recent performance has raised concerns among fans.

Ray J recently performed at a Valentine's Day concert has left some fans concerned.

The R&B singer performed at “An Intimate Valentine’s Day Concert” in Shreveport, Louisiana, on Saturday (Feb. 14), where fans observed some worrying details.

In video clips shared on social media, the 45-year-old singer is seen wearing sunglasses, with what looks like a drop of blood running down his cheek. It's uncertain if this was a genuine injury or a staged effect.

Later, Ray J unzipped the top of his jumpsuit to expose his torso, where fans observed a medical dressing on the upper left side of his chest. This led some to speculate that this might be the location where he recently had a heart monitor or another cardiac-related device.

After being hospitalized for pneumonia and heart pains earlier this year, Ray J mentioned he was on eight medications while managing significant heart issues.

As reported by TMZ, doctors informed him that they were uncertain about how much longer he might live due to his condition. He was advised to stay in bed and continue taking medications such as Lipitor, Jardiance, and Entresto, which are typically prescribed for individuals at risk of heart failure.

He was also cautioned that he might require a pacemaker or defibrillator, but he would not have further information until a follow-up appointment two weeks later.

Ray J mentioned that he was not allowed to smoke or drink, acknowledging that it had been challenging. He also revealed that being subject to a criminal protective order, which prevented him from seeing his two children with Princess Love, made him realize he "needs to change [his] ways of living."

"If I come out of this, I'll be stronger and a better person," he stated to TMZ last month.

During a recent livestream, Ray J revealed to fans that he "almost died" following his latest hospitalization and mentioned that his sister Brandy assisted in paying his bills.
