Cam’ron elevated the concept of beef. When Omar Gooding continued to insult him, Killa Cam hired him to travel to Miami and perform in a pretend movie, solely to mock him privately.

“You A Nickelodeon Kid”: Cam’ron spent $7,500 to hire actor Omar Gooding for a fake movie and is now using the footage to embarrass him.
Cam’ron tricks Omar Gooding into shooting a fake movie and releases evidence, actor responds.
On Tuesday (August 12), Cam’ron disclosed that he paid Omar to act in a non-existent movie, sharing behind-the-scenes footage as evidence. This was all part of a revenge prank following an exchange of jabs between the two, sparked by Cam's remarks about Black actors depending on others, such as 50 Cent, for job opportunities.
“So you know me, I got a new way to play with n#####. I’m gonna start booking n#####. Cause y’all broke. A lot of n##### is broke,” Cam said in a video posted via Instagram “I booked a n#### to do a movie that’s never coming out. Like three weeks ago. Yeah Omar. That movie you flew to Miami for? It ain’t no movie coming out.”
Cam added, “I booked you. And I was laughing at you behind the scenes. I was there. I was sitting there laughing at you. And you know what? Now you’re coming on Revolt tonight. Cause you signed the paperwork saying I can do whatever with the footage.”
Cam’ron shared videos of Omar on set, shirtless, doing push-ups as Cam joked from behind the camera.
He then explained it in more detail: “You thought them n##### was real movie producers? They are real movie producers. But them was my n#####. You was in a room full of n##### that was my n#####. Check it out y’all. Look at this.”
The beef began months ago when Cam’ron criticized actors, including Omar, on his show It Is What It Is. He remarked that these actors were waiting for 50 Cent to offer them roles instead of taking initiative themselves. He even called him out specifically. “Omar Gooding Jr.” which clearly hit a nerve.
In January, Omar responded with a diss track titled “Fix Ya Mouth,” criticizing Cam’s rap career and persona. This escalated into a full-fledged exchange, with Cam taunting Omar using old photos and Omar challenging him to a rap battle.
Omar remained composed after the prank came to light, sharing his own reaction.
“First of all, thank you, brother Thank you. You are next level. A free trip to Miami? $2,500 in my pocket to do some push-ups with my shirt off? Thank you…show it on your little show all you want if you need ratings that bad, I’m almost 50 n####…I never said I was in shape. Who gives a s### about that n####? I’m a grown-ass man n####. I’ve been laughing all morning,” Gooding said.
While Cam might have considered the whole thing a joke, Omar assured that a fierce response is forthcoming.
