Drake reminds fans that he and Lil Wayne went head-to-head during their 2014 tour.

Drizzy and Weezy are no strangers to going head-to-head in the spirit of friendly competition. In 2014, the pair went on a Street Fighter-inspired tour dubbed Drake vs. Lil Wayne. They co-headlined this tour and even put together a joint set during which they went hit-for-hit and let the fans choose the victor, similar to Verzuz.
On Thursday (July 15), Drake hit up his Instagram Story the picture he posted, a pair of the extremely rare Air Jordan 3 size 12 sneakers, which was autographed by Young Money head honcho.
The sneaker was made to help promote the Drake vs. Lil Wayne Tour...“Before any Verzuz…Drake vs Wayne Jordan 3’s,” Drake wrote.
This wouldn’t be the first time the Young Money duo has faced off.
