Fat Joe responds to backlash for saying Hip-Hop was created by both Blacks & Latinos

Terror Squad head honcho says anyone who thinks otherwise is “f─king delusional.”

Fat Joe Dragged For Saying Both Latinos Plus Blacks Created Hip-Hop

In recent news, Fat Joe has been receiving major backlash for saying that Blacks and Latinos are “half and half” when it comes to the creation/mecca of hip-hop culture.

On Friday (August 26), Fat Joe hopped on Instagram Live in the 45-second clip, he addressed critics who believe that the Bronx rapper is spreading a lie about Latinos contributing to hip-hop. Joe said the "haters" are upset after he posted a video featuring Latino pioneers in hip-hop culture.

“I tell you I never really fuck with Twitter, but I go on there to see they always hating on me and shit,” he begins around the 52-minute mark.

“Lately, they’ve been talking about, ‘Latinos wasn’t in rap.’ These guys are fucking delusional. We’re from the Bronx, New York. Shit happens. This is where Hip Hop started. It’s Latino and Black, half and half.

“So when hip-hop started it was half and half,” he continued, suggesting that both Blacks and Latinos contributed to hip-hop at the same time.

Joe talked about DJ Khaled's new album, God Did. However, the subject changed once he noticed some haters in the comment section.

“I don’t know what the fuck is up with these people that don’t know their facts,” Joe said.

It all started on Friday when Joey Crack shared a video that paid homage to Latino Hip Hop pioneers. He wrote in the caption, “Thank you Thank you Thank you for your contribution to Hip Hop.
