French Montana criticized for hanging out with Donald Trump's Daughter-In-Law
French Montana hopped on his Instagram page Thursday (July 25), the “Ain't Worried About Nothin” rapper posted a photo and video of himself in the studio with Donald Trump's daughter-in-law, Lara Trump.
In the photo, which can be viewed below, the Bronx, N.Y.-based rapper is posing with Lara Trump who holds up the peace sign with her fingers.
Lara Trump, who is also the co-chair of the Republican National Committee. He captioned the post: “Look who came to check me at the studio @laraleatrump she love her some MONTANA [love hands emoji].”
Lara is married to Trump’s son Eric and like the rest of the Trump family, has been criticized for her far-right views, particularly over immigration.

One commenter posted: “Project 2025 literally says they want to ban Muslims and send all the immigrants back to their homeland, so good luck with that lol.”
Hot 97’s Laura Stylez commented: “SMH.”

Her radio colleague Ebro Darden opined: "Working on a pardon eh?"

French Montana’s choice to invite Lara Trump is wild—music and politics shouldn’t mix like that. Even my Kansas City Dui Attorney thinks it’s a weird flex. Artists should focus on unity, not stirring controversy with political family ties.
French Montana's decision to invite Lara Trump to his studio has raised eyebrows. While some view it as a harmless encounter, others question the optics. If you're facing legal troubles, like a DWI, a skilled DWI Attorney might offer better advice.
