Foxx is said to have had a stroke after it was previously claimed he suffered a mystery health scare last month, according to Mike Tyson.

Mike Tyson reveals medical complication that nearly killed Jamie Foxx.
“He’s not feeling well,” the former professional boxer 56, said on the “PBD Podcast” “[it was] a stroke,” But Tyson, clarified that he was not sure whether the hearsay was true, adding, “I have no idea what happened to him.”
He added, “Hey, listen, we can’t anticipate our next breath. We don’t know when we are gonna die. … After we leave, this bad stuff can happen.”
Tyson also admitted he thinks it is odd that Foxx’s family has been so secretive about his condition.
“If we don’t know about it by now, they don’t want us to know,” he said.
Foxx, had been set to portray Tyson in an upcoming biopic series, but his casting is now up in the air given his medical situation.
“Well, it was a possibility. I don’t know what’s going to happen now. But, you know, it’s a strong possibility,” Iron Mike said. “Because, you know, Jamie’s closer to my age, so in order to do him, they were going to do what they did with [the movie] ‘Benjamin Button.’ They were going to make him look younger
Last week, Foxx’s daughter Corinne provided an update on her father's condition, revealing that the 55-year-old actor has been home recovering from his ailment.
"My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating," she wrote on her Instagram Stories. "In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!”
In April, 55-year-old Jamie Foxx was hospitalized for an unspecified “medical complication.” At the time his family said he was “already on his way to recovery,” but a series of reports from the past few weeks weren’t quite as hopeful. This month TMZ reported that his loved ones were asking for prayers. In a simple post shared last week, Jamie Foxx said that he was “feeling blessed” after the outpouring of love from fans and friends amid his hospitalization.
