The Atlanta late rapper, Rich Homie Quan’s cause of death has been revealed nearly a month after the rapper died at his home in Atlanta.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office declared that Quan, whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar, died at age 33 on Sept. 5 from a drug overdose of the combined effects of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine and promethazine, TMZ reported Tuesday, (Oct. 1).

The rap star’s death has been ruled an accident.
