Rick Ross was among those protesting the death of George Floyd in Miramar, Fla

Ross, who attended Miami Carol City Senior High School, showed support for local protesters, who plan to march to Miramar City Hall later on Saturday, (June 6). He was one of hundreds wearing a mask, gathered at Ansin Sports Complex.

Rick Ross spoke with Miami Herald reporter: —“That’s moving like a boss, making sure you’re seen [and] making sure you’re heard,” he said in an interview. “I’m waking up to it every day. That’s how a black man moves. You’ve got to wake up to it every day.”

“Justice for George,” he added.
