A federal judge in New York City sentenced Sean “Diddy” Combs to 50 months in federal prison, with 14 months already served.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to 50 months in prison for his conviction on two prostitution-related offenses.
On Friday afternoon (Oct. 3), a federal judge in New York City sentenced Sean “Diddy” Combs to 50 months in federal prison, accounting for 14 months already served.
Diddy pleaded to the judge before his sentencing, stating, “If you give me another chance, I won’t let you down. And the evidence of that is those beautiful children that got up there and spoke for me.”
Before the judge read the sentence, Combs tearfully apologized in court, saying, "I’ve been humbled and broken to my core."
Federal prosecutors argued Combs deserved at least 11 years in prison, while Combs' lawyers asked for a sentence of no more than 14 months.
