The Game could potentially lose his $7 million Calabasas home.

The Compton rapper has been battling a sexual assault accuser for nine years
The former G-Unit member and sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey, recently filed documents that put Game’s home at risk and has emerged victorious in her latest document.
The California rapper, who now runs the risk of losing a whole bunch of his assets in order to satisfy the $7 million judgment against her. According to recent court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey, a former contestant on the show, and her attorney, Janelle M. Dease, are pushing for a judge to order the sale of The Game’s Calabasas home to pay part of the debt, which now stands at $6,898,721.99.
In the documents, Dease requests that the court set a hearing to force The Game to justify why his home should not be sold. She notes that records from the Los Angeles County Tax Assessor show no current homeowner’s exemption or disabled veteran’s exemption for the property.
Last December, It was reported Jayceon “The Game” Taylor transferred many of his assets — including his home — to his manager, Wack 100, in the form of a shell company to avoid paying her what she won in the judgment.
The title to the home is held by Cash M. Jones, The Game’s real name, as his sole and separate property. However, a Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction deems the title to be held by JTT Holdings, considered an alter ego of The Game. Dease asserts that the dwelling is not a homestead and estimates the property’s value at $3,191,375.00, while the fair market value is believed to exceed $3,600,000.
Even if Rainey collects $3.6 million from the sale, it would cover only about half of The Game’s debt. The documents, dated July 24, show that Rainey has been pursuing this money for nearly nine years.
Rainey first filed her sexual assault case in August 2015, seeking $10 million, claiming The Game assaulted her during what she thought was a required after-hours date while filming “She Got Game.” A jury awarded her roughly $7 million in 2016 after The Game failed to appear in court. He has consistently claimed he would never pay the debt.
