Memphis Legend Autopsy Report Released Shows He Was Shot Twenty-two Times
The autopsy shows Dolph was shot 22 times—according to Tuesday report, Young Dolph suffered gunshot wounds to the head, neck and chest.
The medical examiner officially lists the cause of death as “gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and torso,” the rapper was shot dead at Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies on Airways Blvd. near Ketchum Rd. in his hometown on Nov. 17, 2021.

In January, 23-year-old Justin Johnson and 32-year-old Cornelius Smith were charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, employment of a firearm and theft of property over $10,000 in relation to Dolph’s murder. Shundale Barnett was also arrested alongside Johnson and has been charged with being an accessory but was later released and is missing.
