Boosie BadAzz ‘Disgusted’ with Met Gala fashion event.
The biggest annual-fashion show in celebration of the event opening, actors, musicians, politicians and fashion designers walked on the Met red carpet.
On Tuesday morning, (May 2), Badazz hopped on Twitter to deliver his thoughts on the annual Met Gala, which took place last night (May 1) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Manhattan, N.Y. Apparently, Boosie seemed disgusted by some of the visuals from the event that were taking over his timeline.
“MET GALA SMH WTF UGHH,” Boosie tweeted.
In a follow-up tweet he added. “I THINK GALA SHOULD BE FOR WOMEN ONLY ‼️ LET THE WOMEN SHINE #theydeserveit”
Fans under Boosie’s tweet are speculating he was upset by seeing Lil Nas X's Met Gala outfit. The “Old Town Road” rapper showed up to the event mostly naked and covered in metallic body paint, jewels and wearing a silver thong.
The Harlem public figure A$AP Rocky also attended the event rocking a skirt in homage to fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld.
This year's theme is “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” which is a tribute to the late German fashion designer who served as the creative director for major fashion houses such as Chanel and Fendi.
Stars like Serena Williams, Bill Nighy, Jenna Ortega, Cardi B, Quinta Brunson, Nicole Kidman, Brittney Griner, Robert Pattinson, Pete Davidson, Pedro Pascal, Kate Moss, Paris Hilton, Halle Bailey, Michelle Yeoh, Jessica Chastain, Florence Pugh, Jared Leto, Lil Nas X, Sydney Sweeney, Billie Eilish, Margot Robbie, Taika Waititi, Karlie Kloss, Doja Cat, Jennifer Lopez, Bradley Cooper Amanda Seyfried, Gisele, Baz Luhrmann, Phoebe Bridgers, David Byrne and Olivia Wilde with a fashionably late Rihana closing the red carpet.
