DJ Akademiks clowns Daphne Joy, the mother of 50 Cent’s son, as she vacates the condo allegedly after Diddy stops paying the $10,000 monthly support

In 2023, Diddy and Joy signed a “love contract,” agreeing that he would give her a monthly allowance of $10,000 for a period of two years.

Daphne Joy, who testified as anonymous witness “Jane Doe,” said that Combs forced her to participate in drug-fueled sex marathons with other men, often referred to as "hotel nights" or "freak-offs."

On Tuesday, October 7, Akademiks hopped on his Kick/YouTube stream and trolling Daphne Joy for allegedly being evicted from a condo, which Diddy was still financing under a two-year “love contract.”

“50, you got to take her back, we love you, but you got to take her back Diddy done [kicked her out the spot]”

Akademiks continued by saying, “The decision is yours now, or you'll end up dealing with child support issues with her indefinitely.”

The contract was supposed to cover her living expenses, such as rent, but Joy testified that she continued to face financial difficulties and incurred debt for furniture.

Daphne Joy, the mother of 50 Cent’s son, and Sean “Diddy” Combs during his criminal trial emerged in June 2025. Daphne Joy was widely speculated to be the anonymous “Jane Doe” witness who testified in the case, and whose testimony included details that drew parallels to Joy's personal life.

Akademiks also noted that the $10,000 monthly rent has now been increased to $12,000....

Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison for two counts of violating the Mann Act. He was also hit with a $500,000 fine.
