Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry's hasn't dismissed a presidential run.

NBA legend and four-time champion, 'Wardell 'Stephen Curry on a run for president: “I have an interest in leveraging every part of my influence for good.”
Stephen Curry leaves the door open to future presidential run.
During Curry recent appearance on CBS Mornings, while promoting his second children's book, I Am Extraordinary, aimed at inspiring kids to embrace their uniqueness, Curry was asked by CBS News national correspondent Jericka Duncan if he'd ever consider a career in politics, specifically running for president, after his playing days are over.
“Maybe, I have an interest in leveraging every part of my influence for good in the way that I can,” Curry said. “So, if that's the way to do it, then – I'm not going to say the presidency but if politics is a way that you can create meaningful change or if there's another way outside of politics.”
“Steph Curry for president – yay, nay, maybe?” Duncan asked.
“Maybe,” Curry said. “I have an interest in leveraging every part of my influence for good in the way that I can. So if that’s the way to do it, then – I’m not saying the presidency … that’s maybe – but if politics is a way that you can create meaningful change or if there’s another way outside of politics that we can do…”
“You’re not ruling it out?” Duncan replied.
“No,” Curry said.
“2028?”
“Not that soon,” he said with a laugh.
Stephen Curry considering politics is wild—but inspiring. If he brings the same energy he brings to the court (and his Promotional Men's Apparel line), he might actually shake things up. Real change needs real voices like his.
