Cardi B took to the streets of New York to promote her forthcoming album, Am I The Drama?

The Bronx rapper sells copies of "Am I The Drama?" on Manhattan Streets In a Comedic Video Clip
Cardi B took a step back to the old school. In an act that serves as both a homage to hip-hop’s Golden Era and a salute to her fellow New Yorkers, she was seen on the streets of Manhattan personally selling copies of her upcoming album, Am I The Drama?, to fans. In a video shared on her Instagram, she showcased the various editions of her album. She donned a Rastacap, waved incense, and played Bob Marley to complete the vibe.
“My label said I gotta get out in these streets and sell this album,” Cardi captioned the video on Instagram. Sporting a Rastacap and a black While We Wait Kehlani hoodie, Cardi waves bundles of burning incense, shouting prices like a street vendor as Bob Marley’s “One Love” plays in the background.
“$9.99! You got $50 right here,” the “WAP” rapper shouts, pointing to the copies on display. “$20! $9.99 for the new ones!” She continues, “What up, y’all? We got the exclusive Cardi B new album. We got the vinyls, we got the CDs, we got the [Courtroom] Edition. $9.99!”
Cardi B's eagerly anticipated second album, Am I the Drama?, is scheduled for release on September 19. The 23-track album will include her two Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles: "WAP" from 2020 and "Up" from 2021.
