Flavor Flav and Lil Boosie have been exchanging words with each other via their respective social media channels since 2021.
The Public Enemy legend jokes about being the father of Boosie Badazz
Flavor Flav is the latest rapper to get hilariously mistaken for one of his peers.
The former reality TV show star, has heard all the jokes about how he looks like Boosie BadAzz and decided to lean into it by giving the Baton Rouge rapper a shoutout, “Everybody say that. But that’s my guy; you know what I’m saying?”
Flavor Flav was targeted by social media prankster Gerald Huston, who filmed himself excitedly running up to Flav on the street and mistakenly referring to him Boosie Badazz.
“Oh my God, that was you. Lil Boosie, bro!” Huston says in the clip while dapping up the Long Island native, who was draped in a Team USA Olympic tracksuit and matching jewelry.
Taking the (intentional) case of mistaken identity in stride, Flav responds: “Everybody say that. But that’s my guy, you know what I’m saying?”
Catching the prankster off guard, he then says: “I am his daddy. You want me to be yours too?” prompting laughter from onlookers.
Check out Flav’s hilarious response below.
Back In 2022, The prankster also caught up with Stevie J at the airport and jokingly mistook him for Diddy.
In another video, Huston hilariously and intentionally confused O.T. Genesis with DaBaby. Lucky for him, Genesis took the joke in stride.
Watch Chance The Rapper gets mistaken for Quavo while vacationing in West Africa. In a funny clip that the Chicago rhymer shared on his IG Story, a hotel worker appeared to believe that he’s meeting Quavo from Migos instead of Chance.
The prankster, also caught up with Young Thug (Back in 2022), by calling him Future. In the clip, Huston approaches the YSL leader at a mall and tries to shake his hand.
