Suge Knight reportedly launching podcast from L.A. prison, addressing Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and More


The Compton’s menace 28-year prison sentence apparently isn’t going to stop him from sharing his views with the public.

Suge Knight to address alleged “lies” from Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre & more in new prison podcast

Suge Knight has announced that he is starting a podcast from prison that will address his beef with Snoop Dogg, Warren G and many others.


On Friday (Oct. 20), the former Death Row Records co-founder, Suge Knight's Instagram account announced and launch date for a new tell-all podcast titled Collect Call With Suge Knight. The currently incarcerated founder of Death Row Records will join Breakbeat Media CEO Dave Mays from prison to deliver “raw and unfiltered" conversations between Suge and what's being described as "hip-hop culture's most influential figures.”


The first episode of Collect Call With Suge Knight is set to premiere in audio form on Tues., Oct. 24, across all streaming platforms. The video version drops on Tues., Oct. 31 via the Breakbeat Media YouTube channel.

Additionally, The trailer for the podcast hints that Knight will address his many feuds with Hip Hop figures. Names shown in the trailer include former Death Row artists Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg; Dre’s stepbrother Warren G (whose decision in the mid-1990s to sign to Def Jam reportedly made Knight very upset); Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine; Akon; Master P; Blueface manager Wack 100; and more.


“Every time you turn around, everybody wanna spread some lies,” Suge says at one point in the clip.
