In the midst of 50 Cent’s recent throwing mic, the G-Unit founder appeared to be dealing with sound technical difficulties. On Thursday night (Aug. 31), 50 Cent performed in San Diego at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre.
Fif looked directly at the crowd, and he had to get a few things off his chest. “I've been having a real hard time with the people,” 50 told fans. “Man these sound engineers and sh!t I pay these [M—fas alot of money man].
50 continued. “They f—ked this sh!t up”
Following his Los Angeles concert on Wednesday night (Aug. 30). One of the mic hit a woman in the head, who happens to be. The radio host for Power 106 Los Angeles, and she was left with a bloody gash on her temple as a result.
50 Cent’s Lawyer Speaks Out After Mic-Throwing Incident
The Power 106 host, Bryhana Monegain did not immediately respond to comment, but Scott Leemon, an attorney for 50 Cent, said in a statement: “Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone. Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”
Despite 50’s attorney comment, the Los Angeles Police Department was not able to confirm that a police report had been filed, although a representative did confirm that one had not been filed at Crypto.com Arena in connection with the incident.
